On August 23, we were awarded Foreign Non-governmental Organization (NGO) registration in China. This is a very significant step forward. We are among the first organizations to receive this distinction in Sichuan Province.In the fall of 2016, China passed the new Foreign NGO Law and it went into effect January 2017.
